Released in late 2004, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is often cited as one of the most philosophically complex and mature narratives in the Star Wars franchise. Developed by Obsidian Entertainment as a sequel to BioWare’s original hit, the game shifts away from the traditional hero’s journey to explore a darker, deconstructive take on the Force and the Jedi-Sith conflict. Premise and Narrative
Set five years after the first game, the story follows the Exile , a former Jedi Knight who was cast out of the Order for joining Revan in the Mandalorian Wars. Unlike other Jedi, the Exile has been severed from the Force, existing as a "wound" in its fabric.
The enigmatic mentor who questions the very nature of the Force.
While The Sith Lords reused many assets from its predecessor, it introduced several deep RPG refinements:
A void-like entity that consumes the life force of entire planets.
A "Lord of Pain" who uses sheer hatred to hold his decaying body together. Gameplay and Mechanical Evolution
History of Courts, Legislature & Legal Profession in India by Dr Kailash Rai
