Kwan ventures into the desert to find a group of mystics known as the "Desert Witches". To uncover her family’s purpose, she undergoes a ritual where she drinks a hallucinogenic liquid. This triggers a vision where she repeatedly fights (and is killed by) Master Chief until she stops her rage and listens.
