Elina is chosen as an apprentice to the Guardian fairy Azura. She joins other fairy apprentices at the Crystal Palace to master the annual dance. However, the villainous Laverna returns, having been accidentally released from her toad form by Elina. Laverna attempts to sabotage the ritual to plunge Fairytopia into a permanent winter.
